【施工方法 Introduction】 
复合硅酸盐制品是一种轻质高效保温材料，它是以石棉、海泡石、硅酸铝纤维、珍珠岩填料为主要原料配入渗透剂、粘合剂、铣铵等化工原料成浆，经过高温发泡制成，最高使用温度不超过600℃
广泛应用于石油、化工、电力、冶金、陶瓷等行业，是各种罐体、管道保温隔热的理想材料。
其执行标准：GB/T17371-1998
This product is a highly efficient ,light heat insulation material
,its supreme use temperature being below 600℃.
It is widely employed in industries such as oil, chemical ,power
,refinery and Ceramic,and ideal for insulation for jars and

【理化性能 Physical and Mechanical Features】
①化学成分：经分析，基料海泡石的分子式为：(Mg.Al)5(SiAl)8020(OH)2Mg0
②一般性质涂料为粘稠膏状，可与设备直接粘结在一起，不仅不腐蚀设备，还对设备起到保护作用，同时节省设备上的涂刷防腐层的费用。
①Chemical Component:Through analysis, the molecular formula
of the raw material sepiolite is:
(Mg.Al)5(SiAl)8020(OH)2Mg0
②The usual paint is like ropy cream, could be bonded with equipment.
It not only doesn’t erode the equipment, but also protect it.
Meanwhile, helps to save the expense of brushing anticorrosive
coating on the equipment.
【产品特点 Product Characteristic】 
导热系数低于所有传统保温材料。该材料的导热系数比岩棉、硅酸铝纤维的导热系数小1/3-1/2，导致与外护材料（如镀锌铁皮）减少25%-30%，建安量减少一半。综合经济效益比相同条件的材料节省投资10%左右。
Its heat conductive coefficient is lower than all of the other
traditional heat preservation materials. This product's heat
conductive coefficient is 1/3-2/3 lower than rock cotton and
aluminum silicate fiber,The all-round economic benefit is: saving
10% of investment comparing with using other similar material.
【用途说明】
该产品是一种新型的复合保温材料，具有导热系数低、重量轻、可塑性强、用量少、隔热、保冷、防水等特点。广泛适用于化工、冶金、纺织、医药、建筑交通、石油、造纸、国防电力等工业的一切设备保温、特别适用于传统保温材料无法解决的室内异性设备（如蒸球、闸阀、炉墙、异性管道、大件设备）等，使用该产品效果特佳。也称得上一种无缝保温产品。
【Purpose Remark】
This product is a kind of new synthesized heat preservation
material. It has features of low heat conductive coefficient,
light in weight, good plasticity, less dosage, can isolate heat,
keep cold, waterproof, and so on. It is widely applied in chemical,
metallurgy, textile, medicine, construction, traffic, oil, papermaking,
national defense and other equipment heat preservation in industries.
Especially, it is suitable to be used in some fields that the
traditional heat preservation materials couldn't fit such as:
rotary spherical digester, brake valve, oven wall, abnormity
pipe, big devices, etc. It can also be called as a kind of no
gap heat preservation product.
